Lady G - thats me.......I am a trained cordon bleu chef......but I prefer to call myself a 'cook'.

Whichever one of my hats I am wearing, Entertaining, Shooting parties, Weddings, Be prepared, Holiday let catering. My main objective is to arrive with my client with delicious looking and tasting food. To assure my clients that I can take the strain from them in the kitchen.

I grew up in Yorkshire, I love the countryside and what it has to offer. I like to source all my products locally where I can. I have a great relationship with all the people I buy from. Country folk will go out of there way to make sure they have what I want. I like to make sure my relationship with my clients runs in the same vein.
