Outside Catering from a Private Chef

Just a quick note to thank you for coming to Brompton Lakes and catering for a small dinner party of 6 people. I was concerned that it might be crowded as I have not stayed there before but you and your daughter (waitress) were very discreet and left the kitchen as you found it. The food was to die for and there was nothing but compliments from my guests. I have not done this before as I tend to eat out while on holiday but the standard was superb and nobody had to be the designated driver. I can't thank you enough.

Everything was simply perfect, I cannot find the words to do it justice. The food in particular was outstanding and we got so many complements from our guests, many saying it was easily the best wedding food they have ever had. My brother who is very opinionated about food, had a crab tartlet and came to find me to tell me how exceptional they were. I'm rambling now. however I really hope that my genuine appreciation is coming across. Our only regret is that we weren't able to eat more of it ourselves!!! Please pass on our thanks to your entire team. We will send a proper thank you in time but for now you should know that you helped to make it easily the best day of our lives.

We had a fantastic day, it's such a shame it goes by so quickly! The food was lovely and a lot of our guests commented on how good it was. The staff were brilliant too. We couldn't have wished for a better day, it exceeded all our expectations! We really appreciate the role you played in our day. Thank you!
